Source Disability Expo - Easter Program Giveaway

Definitions:

• Giveaway: Refers to the "Bunny Block Count Giveaway".

• Entrant: Refers to any individual who enters the Giveaway in accordance with the "How to Enter" section.

• Sponsor: Refers to Tortoise and Hare Health, Moana, South Australia.

• Prize: Refers to the special prize as described in the "Prize" section.

• Giveaway Period: Refers to the duration from 2nd March 2024 at 8am to 3rd March 2024 at midnight (all times are Australian Central Daylight Time).

• Eligible Entry: Refers to an entry that meets all requirements set forth in these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:
Open to attendees of the Source Kids Disability Expo in Adelaide who are residents of South Australia and aged 18 years or older.
Employees, agents, and representatives of Tortoise and Hare Health, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and legal advisors are not eligible to enter or win.

Sponsor:
The Giveaway is sponsored by Tortoise and Hare Health, Moana, South Australia.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Source Kids Disability Expo or any social media platforms on which it might be promoted.

Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins on 2nd March 2024 at 8am and ends on 3rd March 2024 at midnight (Australian Central Daylight Time).

How to Enter:
To enter, participants must fill out a digital form on the Tortoise and Hare Health website.
The entrant must guess the correct number of blocks used to construct the bunny at the expo.
Each entrant is allowed only one guess/entry.

Entry Validity:
In the event of multiple entries from the same individual, only the first entry will be considered valid.

Prize:
The Prize will be awarded to the entrant who correctly guesses the number of blocks (or closest).
If multiple entrants guess correctly, a random draw will be conducted among these entries.
The Prizes for the two age groups will be displayed at the expo and on the Tortoise and Hare Health website giveaway page.

Selection of Winner:
The winner will be notified on the 4th of March 2024.
If necessary, the random draw among correct guesses will occur on this date.

Notification:
The winner will be notified via email from admin@tortoiseandharehealth.com.au within 2 days following the draw.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to check their email for notification, including spam folders.

Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Tortoise and Hare Health from any claim arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

Data Protection:
Personal data provided will be used in accordance with Tortoise and Hare Health's privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
Governing Law:

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Australia.

General Conditions:
Tortoise and Hare Health reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances.

Subscription and Marketing Consent:

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to subscribe to Tortoise and Hare Health's mailing list and consent to receive future marketing and promotional communications from Tortoise and Hare Health. This includes, but is not limited to, email newsletters, special offers, and information about new products and services.

Participants acknowledge and agree that:

1. Subscription to the mailing list is a mandatory condition of entry into the Giveaway.

2. They may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time after the conclusion of the Giveaway, but unsubscribing before the announcement of the winner will result in disqualification from the Giveaway.

3. Their personal data will be collected, processed, and used by Tortoise and Hare Health in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

This consent forms an integral part of these terms and conditions, and no entry to the Giveaway will be valid without it.
